Notice of Passing a By-law for Heritage Property Tax Relief

Please take notice that the Council of the Town of Collingwood passed by-law 2010-020 being a by-law to provide for Heritage Property Tax Relief on February 8, 2010.

As a property owner within the Town of Collingwood Downtown Heritage Conservation District or of a property designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act you may be eligible to apply for a municipal tax refund. The tax relief program only applies to significant heritage buildings as listed on Schedule “B” of the by-law 2010-020.
